Propulsion Problem on Carnival Fantasy

The 4-day Carnival Fantasy cruise departing on February 22 from Miami, will change ports of calls due to ships technical problems with the Propulsion system. Instead originally scheduled Key West and Cozumel, Carnival Fantasy will sail to Freeport and Nassau. The change of itinerary is because of the cruise ship technical problem that is causing to sail at slower speeds.

Harmony of the Seas 20% more energy efficient than her sister ships

The 227,000 gross ton Harmony of the Seas will be 20% more energy efficient than the other two Oasis-class sister ships, Royal Caribbean revealed at a briefing for the news media. Thanks to the improvements in technology over the past decade energy efficiency is achieved in many areas of the cruise ship.
