Cunard has announced that Olympic silver medallist and world champion heptathlete Katarina Johnson-Thompson will headline its first-ever Wellness at Sea voyage, set to depart on July 5, 2026, aboard the line’s newest ship, Queen Anne.
The seven-night sailing to the Norwegian fjords will depart roundtrip from Southampton, with fares starting from £1,199 per person based on double occupancy in a Britannia balcony stateroom.
As part of the program, Johnson-Thompson will host an exclusive talk and share her personal wellness routines—physical and mental—just ahead of the 2026 Commonwealth Games. She’ll be joined onboard by wellness professionals and editors from Harper’s Bazaar, who will also contribute to the ship’s immersive wellbeing programming throughout the voyage.
“I’m so excited to be partnering with Cunard once again,” said Johnson-Thompson. “As a Queen Anne Icon, I have so much love for this ship and for a brand that means so much to Liverpool. Wellness has always been a huge part of my life, both professionally and personally, and I’m really looking forward to sharing my experiences with guests onboard—and hopefully inspiring them to prioritise their own wellness journeys.”
Cunard president Katie McAlister added: “Luxury travel today is about more than just beautiful surroundings—it's about feeling your best, both inside and out. We know our guests are increasingly seeking moments of calm, balance and personal wellbeing as part of their travel experience. That’s why we’re thrilled to welcome Katarina Johnson-Thompson as the face of our first Wellness at Sea voyage.”
