The Asian premium cruise line Dream Cruises, celebrated the arrival of its latest cruise ship Genting Dream in Guangzhou. Thousand guests of honor, mainly representatives of local authorities and institutions, took part in a special christening ceremony organized in the Zodiac Theatre on board. The godmother was none other than the wife of Tan Sri Lim Kok Thay , Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Genting Hong Kong , Puan Sri Cecilia Lim.

After the traditional ceremony of the exchange of gifts, guests were entertained with a preview of one of the new shows produced by the company titled "Voyage of Lover's Dream", a story of love, hope and overcoming boundaries including a siren and an astronaut. 

Thatcher Brows kicked off the inauguration with the activation of a giant lotus flower, a symbol relationship and the company's interests in the Asian community. The evening continued with a lavish gala conceals one of the many restaurants of the ship and even a guided tour, to allow those present to know the range of attractions, activities and services under the new Genting Dream features. And to close in style an evening full of emotions, the ship greeted the entire city of Hong Kong with the big "I love Hong Kong" blasted on its sides thanks to an innovative LED lighting system installed for first time right on board Genting Dream and who literally mesmerized many people on the ground.
