The Crew Pass, also known as Crew Card, is the crew member's identification card, this is the most important document for a crew member. There are various information’s related to the crew member identity such as crew members photo, name, work position, nationality, passport number, date of admission, official number, and barcode. 

Cruise ship comes to help Oasis of the Seas crew members

2000 crew members were evacuated from Oasis of the Seas after a large crane crashed on the cruise ship during dry dock in Freeport, Bahamas. The incident caused the ship to list on one side and parts of the dry dock are damaged. All the crew were safely evacuated on land and expected to stay overnight in Freeport city, Grand Bahamas.

8 Injured after crane falls on Oasis of the Seas

A large construction crane collapsed today on the Royal Caribbean cruise ship Oasis of the Seas during the dry dock refurbishment at the Grand Bahamas Shipyard. Eight people are reported injured in the incident, company officials said.

“We are responding to a construction site incident at the Great Bahamas Shipyard, where Oasis of the Seas is currently in dry dock.”

Cruise lines looking to hire 100,000 crew members over the next three years

According to Daniela Fahr, CEO of Connect, Germany's largest recruitment agency for cruise ships, the cruise industry will need some additional 100,000 new employees over the next three years. Therefore 15 major cruise lines and recruiting partners will present their job offerings at the "Cruise Jobs & Hotel Career Lounge" in Berlin on February 28, 2019.
