TUI Cruises has unveiled the name of its eighth ship in the Mein Schiff fleet, the first of the InTUItion Class, which will be called "Mein Schiff Relax." According to the cruise company, this name is meant to reflect the program and amenities that guests can enjoy onboard. Mein Schiff Relax, set to debut in 2025, is the first of two additions to the fleet currently under construction at the Fincantieri shipyard in Monfalcone, Italy, and promises architecturally spectacular oases of well-being and enjoyment at a new level.
"Communication across various platforms has underscored the importance of the ship's name for our guests. This ship holds special significance for us as well, embodying the evolution of everything we have represented for almost a decade with the new additions to the Mein Schiff fleet," said Wybcke Meier, CEO of TUI Cruises. "We have therefore taken the time to carefully consider the ship's name, and it is now evident that the new addition to the fleet can only be named Mein Schiff Relax. This name perfectly encapsulates what the ship symbolizes – a completely new and enhanced feel-good experience," added the TUI Cruises CEO.
TUI Cruises has launched the first Relax voyages for March 2025 in the Mediterranean, departing from Palma de Mallorca.
