Silversea celebrated the completion of the sea trials of their latest cruise ship Silver Muse scheduled to debut on April 19, 2017. The formal launch will be in Monaco where the vessel will be baptized. Rigorous evaluations have been carried out at the Fincantieri shipyard in Italy, where the ship is in final stage of development. The luxury vessel Silver Muse has undergone extensive tests of speed, vibration, noise, resistance and propulsion successfully surpassing all evaluations in accordance with international standards and regulations.

The successful completion of the sea trials marks another significant milestone in the development of Silver Muse. In a matter of days Muse will be welcoming guests from all over the world on board the newest member of the Silversea family. This brand new vessel will offer the highest expression of excellence in elegance and comfort at sea. The incorporation of the Silver Muse will involve the expansion of the fleet to nine ships. Silver Muse will visit 130 ports in 34 countries this year. The Silver Muse includes 52 UNESCO World Heritage Sites in its 2017 itinerary, from ancient Greek times to historic fortresses in the Caribbean.
