Submitted by kgnadmin on

Norwegian Cruise Line is crewing up the cruise ship Norwegian Pearl for the upcoming cruise season. NCL is once again using the port of Bar, Montenegro to welcome its crew members just like they did during the restart of Norwegian Jade, the first ship in the fleet to start Greek Isles cruise back in July, 2021.

Hundreds of Crew members from all around the world have boarded the ship in the past few days. All of them were tested for COVID-19 before boarding and are in a mandatory quarantine before starting with regular duties.

A crew member shared his excitement with Crew Center saying that he is happy to be back on board after such a long time waiting at home for a sign-on date. "After a long flight, I finally boarded the ship couple of days ago in Bar, Montenegro. We are now in quarantine in guest cabins with balcony, and we have three meals per day, and the food is decent."

"Coffee, tea, milk and water are provided by the company and we have a nice view of the Norwegian Star which is docked alongside our ship. We gonna have one PCR in the middle of quarantine and one more at the end. After quarantine first day is cabin change, and give the papers like medical. The following day, we start to work”
