MSC Cruises Focuses on Eco-friendly Shore Excursions

MSC Cruises announced this year’s program of shore excursions will have its focus on minimizing the impact of land-based tours and supporting nature-friendly activities. Low carbon footprint excursions will include 150 bicycle tours available in 21 countries - which are growing in popularity among the line’s guests - and more sustainable shore excursions called ‘Protectours’ that MSC Cruises first introduced in 2020 will be available.

MSC Cruises guests stopping in Brindisi will be able to choose from an even richer range of shore excursions. In fact, on the occasion of the weekly call of the MSC Armonia, a new excursion has been made available to cruise passengers for all those who wish to take a guided tour of the city. MSC Cruises Redeploys MSC Bellisima to the Med

MSC Cruises is adding another vessel to the Mediterranean to meet the growing demand in the region. MSC Bellissima, currently based in the Middle East, will return to Europe and begin summer voyages this July. MSC Bellissima will no longer be located in Doha, Qatar and Dubai in the United Arab Emirates as it will start sailing the Mediterranean from July 9, 2022.
