MSC Cruises Expands Middle East Offers With 3 Ships for 2023-24 Winter Season

MSC Cruises will strengthen its presence in the Middle East for the 2023-24 winter season, with new ports of call and itineraries that promise travelers a unique and unforgettable experience. As the renowned cruise line continues to consolidate its leadership in the region, here's a closer look at what's in store for passengers.

MSC Virtuosa - Arabian Gulf Adventure

MSC Virtuosa will embark on 17 seven-night rotations in the Arabian Gulf, featuring an exciting addition to its route: the port of Manama in Bahrain. This expanded itinerary includes stops in Doha and Abu Dhabi, along with visits to the beautiful island of Sir Bani Yas, also in the United Arab Emirates, and the dazzling city of Dubai. Passengers have the flexibility to choose their embarkation port from Dubai, Doha, or Abu Dhabi.

Of special note, those embarking in Doha on Sundays will have the opportunity to spend extra time exploring Dubai, including an overnight stay, providing ample time to admire the city's iconic skyscrapers illuminated against the night sky.

MSC Virtuosa will also serve as the preferred cruise ship for fans attending the FORMULA 1® ETIHAD AIRWAYS ABU DHABI GRAND PRIX™, taking place from November 24th to 26th, 2023. 

MSC Opera Returns with Enriched Itineraries

After a successful previous season, MSC Opera is returning to the region with a bang, offering 22 departures and seven-night voyages from Dubai. These cruises will take passengers to a variety of fascinating destinations, including Abu Dhabi, Sir Bani Yas Island, Khasab in Oman, Fujairah in the United Arab Emirates, Muscat (the capital of Oman), and back to Dubai.

MSC Orchestra - Discover Ancient Civilizations

MSC Orchestra will embark on an incredible journey through ancient civilizations, offering passengers the chance to explore lands steeped in history and culture. Departures are available from Safaga in Egypt and Sokhna Port or Jeddah in Saudi Arabia, with a new stop added in Sharm El-Sheikh. This "cruise-only" option from Sharm El-Sheikh opens up exciting possibilities for travelers.
