As the holiday season is comming, Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings has shared a message of appreciation for crew and island team members across the fleet.

The company thanked crew for their dedication, professionalism, and teamwork throughout the year, recognizing the sacrifices many make by spending the holidays away from family and loved ones. Leadership highlighted the vital role crew play every day in creating unforgettable experiences for guests around the world.

$100 Holiday Bonus

As a holiday gift, a $100 bonus will be included in the December paycheck for eligible officers, staff, and crew who are onboard or working on the islands as of December 24.

Even though teams are spread across ships and destinations worldwide, the message emphasized that the holiday spirit connects everyone through shared purpose, teamwork, and pride in the work we do.

The note, signed by Lynn White, EVP & Chief People Excellence Officer, and Patrick Dahlgren, EVP Vessel Operations, closed with wishes for peace, good health, happiness, and a successful New Year ahead.
