The comedian Robbie Printz, won this year’s Entertainer of the Year award presented by Princess Cruises. Four entertainers enter the finals from the hundreds of talented performers— vocalists, comedians, magicians, and tribute bands—which entertain guests on Princess cruise ships each year. The selection process was by the guests who casted their ballot to select the winner. This year's competition brought a record-breaking passengers votes.

Guests aboard Ruby Princess cruise to Mexico enjoyed live performances from all finalist. Along with Printz, the finalists included Musician John Bressler, Vocalist Cheaza Figueroa, and Musician Steve Larkins. The comedian Printz was announced as the winner on the final night of the voyage at a celebratory event in The Piazza. As holder of the Princess Cruises "Entertainer of the Year 2016" title, Printz also received a check of $5,000.Printz has also appeared on Comedy Central, NBC, MTV, and A&E.
