Counting down the last days of 2022, Celebrity Cruises is celebrating a conclusion of an exceptional and very successful year together with its crew. As it draws to a close, the cruise line wanted to take the opportunity to reflect on the year and share what is ahead to in 2023 in its latest edition of the Crew Newsletter "The World, at Your Service”.

With the five remaining ships resuming service operations (Celebrity Millennium, Celebrity Summit, Celebrity Eclipse, Celebrity Solstice, Celebrity Infinity), 2022 marked the return of the entire Celebrity Cruises fleet back in service. The third Edge-class ship, Celebrity Beyond captained by Kate McCue entered service in April 2022. Celebrity Beyond also made history, becoming the first cruise ship to enter the world of Metaverse on December 14th, as WONDERVERSE, offering an innovative experience that puts web users into a cruise experience.

About 18,000 Crew on board welcomed 538,000 Guests this year sailing aboard the 15 Celebrity cruise ships.

The company said that they have achieved the highest Onboard Revenue in brand history, won numerous awards, and the completed Official Forbes Travel Guide Assessments.

Looking Forward to 2023

2023 will be another exciting year for Celebrity Cruises. Here are a few things the company is looking forward to accomplishing in 2023:

- The inaugurals of the 4th Edge Class ship, Celebrity Ascent

- Upgrading 50% of the fleet with Premium Starlink internet service

- New production shows for Ascent and for the fleet

- Go Green initiatives enhanced with Shore Power & new technologies

- The official announcement of the Forbes Travel Guide ratings results

- The relaunch of the World, at your service 2.0 with updated Culture and Values content

- Another record-setting year for NPS

- Fresh menus for Ascent and existing fleet F&B venues

- Continue to lead with diversity and inclusion front of mind in every area
