New details were released about the Princess crew member found dead in his cabin. Panama newspaper El Siglo revealed the identity of Island Princess crew member who was found dead while the cruise ship was in Colon, Panama.

The deceased was identified as 21 year-old Eduardo Sanchez Smith, from Mexico.  His lifeless body was found hanging in his cabin at around midnight on Thursday. 

Eduardo Sanchez Smith body remains in Colon morgue, where officials will determine and clarify the cause of death.

It was first contract and first month on board Island Princess for Eduardo. He was working in the galley and according to some crew members he committed suicide by hanging because of enormous stress and pressure by his supervisors.
