Hi, I am Vanja from Ship to Shop. As a former Crew member for NCL and Royal Caribbean, like you, I was very busy on board with little time off in port! 

I always appreciate when I could find a quick and easy crew shuttle, like in Miami.., so that I could do all my shopping and relax with a cup of coffee in a very short time, and get back on board to work on time.

After many years at sea, with my future husband, we decided to settle down in Genova, Italy. When I come to leave in Genova with my family, I was very surprised to discover that there was nothing for crew members!! Long walks for the simple things in different shops. So, we decided to do something about it!

Ship to Shop will take you in about 10 minutes to the biggest shopping mall in town.

Ship to Shop is a young operator, providing a friendly, affordable, quick and hassle free mobility solution to Cruise Ship’s crew members and all kinds of customers in need of reaching the Fiumara shopping mall during Ship calls.

The service is very simple and user friendly.

We operate from Genova Cruise terminal (Ponte dei Mille), offering a continuous service from 9:00 am until 3:30 pm.

The service foresees direct transportation without intermediate stops directly at the Fiumara Shopping mall.

What can crew members find at Fiumara Shopping mall?

With more than 120 outlets Fiumara is the biggest shopping mall in Genova. Here you can find clothing stores, household items, personal goods, food and drink, supermarket and other fun facilities. Some of the world’s famous brand stores located in Fiumara are TIMBERLAND, FOOT LOCKER, STRADIVARIUS, INTIMISSIMI, GEOX, SWAROVSKI, GUESS, SKECHERS, PULL&BEAR among many others.

The service is active by reservation, simply using Facebook messenger or by calling or texting our WhatsApp/Viber number +393917752415, by email at ship.to.shop.italy@gmail.com ; you will be able to reserve the ride and save time. 

Simply text:

• Your Ship name (or pick up location), your full name, number of persons requiring the ride (max, indicate the approximate time of pick up
• You will pay the ride in cash directly on board.

• • From Ponte dei Mille (Cruise terminal) to Genova Airport - One way ticket € 6.00
• • No rides available from Genova Airport to Ponte dei Mille (Cruise terminal)

• Ship to Shop Shuttle Bus is equipped with all the features necessary for the regular performance of the car rental with driver, the operating staff is licensed company in compliance with the current regulations in Italy.
